  1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PROPERTY?

    2. We include linens: bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towel sets, kitchen towels, and beach towels. Also included are kitchen soap, bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Additionally, we provide a “starter set” of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Our goal is to provide you with a “hotel like” experience with the conveniences of home.

  2. ARE BEACH SUPPLIES INCLUDED?

    3. Yes! We include at least four beach towels per home, four folding beach chairs, a sand friendly beach cart.

  3. WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN AND WHERE DO I GO?

    4. Guest will receive a welcome letter with some basic information and a digital door code at least one day prior to you stay. Check-in time is officially 4:00pm but we will text you if the home is available early. We know you are eager to start enjoying your vacation so we do make every effort to turn over the home as quickly as possible. If you do arrive early and want to go to the beach, feel free to park at the property and walk to the beach. Please remember that checkout time is 10:00am.

  4. WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE IN THE EVENING?

    5. Each property is on a digital lock so you a welcome to arrive at anytime after check-in.

  5. WHAT IS THE CITY’S NOISE ORDINANCE POLICY?

    6. The City of Isle of Palms requires that renters please respect the privacy of their neighbors. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced and includes stereos, televisions, and any other noise. Quiet is required Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 10:00am and Friday and Saturday from 11:00pm to 10:00 am. The island police will issue tickets of up to $1087 for violations of this policy.

  6. WHAT HAPPENS IF A RENTER DOES RECEIVE A TICKET FOR NOISE?

    7. If a renter is fined for a noise ordinance violation, we reserves the right to charge the renter as well for violation of their policies. Our rental licenses can be lost if there are more than 3 noise violations issued within one year for a particular property.

  7. PARKING

    8. Parking regulations are strictly enforced on the islands. Please read all signs and follow all parking rules. We don’t want an expensive parking ticket to ruin your vacation!

  8. ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BEACH FIRES, OR FIREWORKS ALLOWED ON THE BEACH?

    9. No. These are prohibited at all times on the beach and tickets will be issued.
